4pgvip Terms and Conditions – Read Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the site 4pgvip.net, create an account, or use any service made available by 4pgvip — including online casino, Sports Betting, promotions, and the VIP Program — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and the specific rules of each product and promotion.

If you disagree with any part of this document, you are not authorized to use 4pgvip services. Continued use of the platform after any update to this document constitutes automatic acceptance of the new terms. 4pgvip reserves the right to update these Terms periodically by publishing the new version on this page with the update date shown at the top.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To create an account on 4pgvip and use any platform service, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF;
• Not be on an active self-exclusion list at 4pgvip or in any player exclusion program;
• Not be an employee, partner, or first-degree relative of a 4pgvip employee;
• Full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law.

Each individual may hold only one account at 4pgvip, linked to their CPF. Duplicate accounts — identified by matching CPF, address, device, or payment method — will be closed and any outstanding balance may be held for review. If you realize you accidentally created an additional account, contact support immediately to resolve the situation.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and up to date. The 4pgvip may request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, especially to release withdrawals. Failure to submit the requested documents within 7 calendar days may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal access.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

Identity verification is a mandatory process for all 4pgvip users prior to their first withdrawal. The documents typically required are:

• Valid government-issued photo ID (RG or CNH);
• Proof of address issued within the last 3 months;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (where applicable).

The entire KYC process is handled internally by the 4pgvip team, and all collected data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

3 Your Account & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account on 4pgvip. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing account access with third parties, and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) wherever available.

4pgvip is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence — such as using a weak password, accessing the platform on shared devices without precaution, or responding to phishing attempts. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately via the 24-hour chat.

Your 4pgvip account balance is for use on the platform only and may not be transferred to third parties, even in part. The account is personal and non-transferable.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

The 4pgvip accepts the following payment methods for deposits:

All deposits must be made from accounts or payment instruments registered in the name of the 4pgvip account holder. Deposits originating from third parties are not accepted and may be reversed. 4pgvip reserves the right to request supporting documentation for the payment method used before processing any withdrawal.

5 Withdrawals & Processing Times

Withdrawals on 4pgvip are available exclusively to users with a verified account (full KYC). The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used — meaning if you deposited via Pix, your withdrawal will be processed to the same Pix key.

Withdrawal timeframes and amounts are as follows:

• Minimum withdrawal: R$ 20.00;
• Standard maximum withdrawal: R$ 10,000.00 per transaction;
• Maximum daily withdrawal: R$ 30,000.00 (limit subject to review for Diamond VIP members);
• Pix: processed in up to 5 minutes for verified accounts, 24 hours a day;
• TED: processed on business days, with a 5:00 PM cutoff for same-day processing.

4pgvip may hold a withdrawal for security review for up to 24 hours when unusual patterns are detected. In such cases, support will contact the user at their registered email address to clarify the situation. Withdrawals exceeding R$ 5,000.00 may require additional identity confirmation.

6 Sports Betting – General Rules

Sports Betting on 4pgvip are available across a wide range of sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and Sul-Americana), volleyball (men's and women's Superliga, VNL, and World Championship), basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, e-sports, and other sports covered by the platform.

By placing a bet on 4pgvip, you agree to the following:

• The wagered amount is instantly deducted from the account balance upon confirmation;
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed by the user — unless the Cash Out feature is available;
• If an event is cancelled before it begins, all bets are fully refunded to the account balance;
• In the event of a suspended or postponed event, 4pgvip will wait up to 48 hours for the event to take place before processing a refund;
• Live bets are processed in real time, and the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the ones that apply.

4pgvip reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to technical errors (feed errors). In such cases, the wagered amount is fully refunded to the player's balance and the user is notified by email.

6.1 Live Betting and Cash Out

Live bets are subject to stake limitations at certain points during a match, at the discretion of the 4pgvip trading team. Cash Out — when available — allows the user to settle a bet before the final result, receiving a proportional amount based on the current state of the bet. The Cash Out value is calculated in real time and may be lower than, equal to, or higher than the original stake, depending on how the event unfolds.

7 Online Casino – General Rules

All casino games available on 4pgvip — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games, and live casino — are provided by certified suppliers and operate with random number generators (RNG) audited by independent bodies. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available in the game's info sheet on the platform.

The use of any automated software, bot, or external system to play on a user's behalf is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure with the balance held for review. 4pgvip monitors gameplay patterns in real time and detects behavior inconsistent with genuine human play.

8 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Program

The 4pgvip offers promotions, deposit bonuses, cashback, and VIP Program benefits, all subject to the specific conditions of each offer as published on the corresponding promotion page. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• All bonuses granted are subject to a rollover (playthrough) requirement before the balance can be withdrawn. The standard rollover is 20x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific offer;
• The rollover must be completed within the bonus validity period, as indicated at the time of activation;
• Sports Betting with odds below 1.50 do not count toward bonus rollover requirements;
• 4pgvip reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is any suspicion of abusive behavior, such as creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses or betting on both sides of an event;
• The VIP Program is points-based, with points earned from wagers placed with real-money balance. Points earned using bonus balance do not count toward VIP level progression.

9 User Conduct & Misuse

Use of the services provided by 4pgvip must be carried out in good faith and within the entertainment purposes of the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to gain undue advantages from promotions;
• Use of insider information, match-fixing, or any form of manipulation in Sports Betting;
• Use of automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform;
• Attempting to exploit technical flaws, odds errors, or bugs to gain undue financial advantages;
• Money laundering or any illegal activity using the platform as an intermediary;
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward support staff or other users in live chats.

4pgvip fully cooperates with Brazilian regulatory and public security authorities in investigations involving illegal activities conducted through the platform.

10 Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your account at 4pgvip at any time via the support chat or by emailing suporte@4pgvip.net. Before closure, all available balances and pending bets will be processed normally. Unused bonus balances are cancelled upon account closure.

4pgvip may unilaterally close or suspend an account in the following situations, among others:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions;
• Confirmed suspicion of fraud, promotional abuse, or duplicate accounts;
• User's own request via self-exclusion;
• Determination of the competent regulatory authority.

11 Responsible Gambling

The 4pgvip is committed to responsible gambling and offers control tools that any user can activate directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. The system automatically enforces the limit you configure;
• Loss limit: set a maximum loss limit per period. Once reached, the account is automatically paused until the next cycle;
• Temporary self-exclusion: pause account access for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or longer — configured by you, effective immediately;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently closes account access. This action cannot be reversed once activated.

12 Limitation of Liability

The 4pgvip is not liable for financial losses arising from participation in games or Sports Betting on the platform, except in cases of proven technical failure that caused an incorrect outcome to the user's detriment — a situation that will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the compliance team.

The platform is provided "as is" and 4pgvip does not guarantee uninterrupted availability 24 hours a day. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible. Outages resulting from third-party infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events do not entitle the user to any compensation.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

The handling of personal data belonging to 4pgvip is regulated by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. 4pgvip operates in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018) and does not sell or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes not authorized by the data subject.

14 Changes to the Terms

The 4pgvip reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users with active accounts by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the new terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For the resolution of any disputes arising from the use of the services provided by 4pgvip that cannot be resolved amicably through support, the courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are hereby elected as the exclusive venue, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
